Cancellation Policy

100% refund for cancellation more than 14 days prior to check in date. 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days prior to check in date.

Visitors Policy

Overnight visitors are not permitted .The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors while on the property. No visitors are allowed in or on the property after 23:00hrs.

Cleaning Policy

Apartment 126 is committed to a 5-step enhanced cleaning process—a set of standards developed in partnership with experts, for the times of COVID-19 and beyond. 

1.   We sanitize every high-touch surface, down to the doorknob.

2.   We use approved products - cleaners approved by health experts, like disinfectants with 70% alcohol or higher.

3.   We thoroughly clean the entire apartment referring to our extensive checklists.

4.   We wear gloves to avoid cross-contamination.

5.   We wash all linen and towels at a high heat setting and air dry.

We follow all other local guidance - complying with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.

Damage Policy

Guests are responsible for any breakage or damage to kitchenware, appliances furniture, artwork, counters, walls or any other goods on the property as well as the property itself and its surrounds. Guests agree to notify owners and pay for ANY and all damage to Apartment126 above and beyond normal wear and tear.

House Rules

• No pets, no parties, no smoking anywhere on the property.

• No shoes in the house please...and please do not roll rollabouts on the hardwood floors.

• No overnight visitors. Guests are responsible for visitor behavior and visitors must leave before 11pm.

• Please use cutting boards & trivets on the kitchen bench when cooking

• Please DO NOT put used teabags in the sink; it will stain the ceramic sink.

• NOTE:  The bedroom is on the 2nd floor - you must walk up stairs — 16 stairs to the upstairs floor (8 steps, a landing, 8 more steps)

• Apartment 126 is not suitable for children and infants
